My Review
I was a bit disappointed with the overall story as I was expecting more of a paranormal vibe with a mix of suspense and romance.
The beginning of Chapter 1 had me hooked “The RavenCroft story begins in January of the year two thousand near Loveland, Colorado. The setting, amidst a wintry backdrop of clustered snow-laden pine trees near a lone building, which is located on the outskirts of town. IT is the middle of the night. THere’s an ominous sense of urgency,... but then it lost me.
To me it felt rather rushed and not thought out completely. The book definitely has potential. Since this is the first in what appears to be an expected series I am hoping the second book will be much better as the theme is good.
